CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
2 cans Ortega Whole Green Chile
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 doz. eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat together eggs, flour, milk, cooking oil, garlic and salt. Grate cheese. Layer in baking pan, starting with chili, then cheese and then batter, twice (two layers). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes. Serves 8.
