CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
6 beaten eggs
3 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. fine crushed Ritz crackers
4 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies
3/4 c. each Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine eggs, cottage cheese, cracker crumbs, chilies, 1/2 of shredded cheeses. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Sprinkle on remaining cheeses. Bake 3 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6.
