SUN - BURST PIE | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 graham cracker crust 1 1/2 c. mixed cut-up fresh or canned fruit Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in sour cream. Chill until mixture mounds; spoon into crust. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. To serve arrange fruit on top of pie. |
