SAUSAGE - EGG - CHEESE SOUFFLE | |
10 to 12 slices white bread, cubed 2 lbs. linked sausage, cut in pieces and browned 1 lb. white Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter 6 eggs, well beaten 1/2 tsp. mustard 4 c. milk Layer bread, sausage, and cheese. Pour butter and mustard over. Pour eggs, salt, and milk over. Cover overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Great for company brunch. |
