BREAKFAST SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
1 lb. sausage or bacon, browned and drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices white bread, crust cut off and cut in cubes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in bowl, add milk, salt, and mustard; stir well. Add in sausage, bread cubes, and cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Also can use crab meat and mushrooms instead of sausage or bacon.

Felt like something a little different for breakfast so decided on a soufflé. Didn't have breakfast sausage and my bacon was frozen so used Italian sausage that I had left over from dinner the night before. Was totally amazing.. Great flavour!!
