BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
1 lb. bacon, ham or sausage
10 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
2 c. grated cheese
4-5 slices bread

Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Cube any kind of bread and spread across bottom of pan. Fry 1 pound of bacon, ham or sausage and sprinkle on bread. Beat 10 eggs and 2 cups milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread. Top with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees in pan of water.
