BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, cooked
6 eggs
2 c. milk
4 oz. cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
8 slices dry bread, cubed

Mix together; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes.
