BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
10 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 lbs. sausage
1 tbsp. dry mustard
4 slices bread, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage - drain - add to bread cubes in large baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over bread and sausage. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper - pour over other ingredients in dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.
