BLARNEY STONES 
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 beaten egg whites
Vanilla
Lemon extract
1 lb. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
Ground salted peanuts

Beat yolks in water for 3 minutes. Add sugar slowly and beat about 7 minutes until very thick. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg whites, vanilla or lemon extract to bowl.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9x13 inch pan. Cool. Cut cake into squares. Combine butter and powdered sugar to make frosting (it should spread easily). Spread on thick on all sides; roll in peanuts.
