BLARNEY STONES 
4 eggs, separated
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Add sugar and boiling water. Sift flour 3 times with baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to egg and sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 lb. butter, softened
Enough cream to make spreading consistency

Sprinkle crushed salted peanuts over icing.
