PESTO SAUCE 
2 to 3 tbsp. dry basil (or about double that with fresh basil)
4 to 8 garlic cloves
Handful of cashews (about same amount as basil)
Olive oil

Put the basil, garlic and cashews in a blender or food processor. Use as much garlic as you can stand! Start blending. Pour in the olive oil until you get a thick liquid consistent enough to spread on pizza.
