PESTO SAUCE 
2 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. olive oil
5 c. fresh basil
3 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
5 tbsp. pine nuts
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. Put in a jar; add 1/2 inch oil (1/2 oil and 1/2 olive oil) and refrigerate it. You can use Parmesan cheese if you want. This sauce is good on pasta, fish, or broiled meats.
