3 c. chopped apples
1 c. black walnuts
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
Pinch of salt

Bring to a rolling boil. Pour over cake after baking.

Mix eggs, sugar, and oil. Add cinnamon, allspice, baking soda dissolved in a little water, salt, vanilla, and flour. Add apple mixture last. bake in bundt pan at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hour.
