APPLE CRUMB PIE 
6 lg. tart apples
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Mix apples, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Mix flour, sugar and butter into crumbs and put on top of apples. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
