BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked Uncle Bens Converted Rice
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
3 c. boiling water
5 beef or chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water

Fry onion and garlic clove in 1 tablespoon butter until slightly browned and soft.

Mix all ingredients together. Grease casserole with butter and pour into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cover dish with lid.
