EVERYDAY MEATLOAF 
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard

Soak crumbs in milk and eggs; add meat, onion, and seasoning. Mix well. Put into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Cover with topping. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
