EVERYDAY MEATLOAF 
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. grated onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage; optional

SAUCE:

3 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Soak the crumbs in milk and add the meat, eggs, and seasonings. Mix well and put in a baking dish. Top with the sauce and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
