EVERYDAY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of black pepper
1 bunch fresh or 2 c. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Cut broccoli in small pieces. Cook and drain. Put in 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole dish. Combine soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper mix. Stir in broccoli and 1/2 of onion rings. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir; cover with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes. Serve.
