ALABAMA BISCUITS 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
Self-rising flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Place in large bowl, add sugar and butter and enough flour to make soft dough (about 2 1/2 cups). Melt another 1/4 cup of butter in square cake pan. Cut out biscuits and roll in butter. Then place in same pan and put in warm place for 15 minutes. Bake in 450 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
