2 c. graham crumbs 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 lb. cream cheese 2 lg. eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. sour cream 1 can any flavor pie filling (cherry, blueberry, strawberry, pineapple) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter; add crumbs and 2 tablespoons from 1 cup sugar. Press in bottom and half sides of springform pan. Put in freezer while mixing cake. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and remaining sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch until blended. Stir in sour cream, and pour into pan form freezer. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees; reduce heat to 200-225 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and cool for 3 hours. Spread pie filling on cake and chill before serving. |
