ANDREW'S JIFFY DOUGHNUTS 
1 tube refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar (optional)
1/4 can flavored icing, optional

Stretch and flatten slightly each biscuit from 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits). With finger, punch hole in center and shape in doughnut. Fry in vegetable oil (375 degrees) about 2 minutes; turn once. Drain on paper towels. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Also can roll in just sugar, confectioners' sugar, or ice with flavored icing. Serve warm. Makes 10 doughnuts.
