FRENCH DOUGHNUTS 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs in large bowl. Blend in sugar and oil. Add milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients in a little at a time. Roll out 1/2 inch and cut. Fry 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
