PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 to 6 loin chops 4 tbsp. chopped onions 4 tbsp. chopped celery 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. water 3 tbsp. catsup Sear chops in hot skillet which has a cover. Add all ingredients, cover tightly and cook very gently until chops are tender (about 30 minutes). Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles. |
