PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. rice
1 can Campbell's onion soup
1 can Campbell's beef consomme
Pork chops

Place 2/3 cup of rice into bottom of casserole. Pour on undiluted onion soup and undiluted beef consomme. Place pork chops on top. Bake in oven, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Add a little water later if needed until rice is thoroughly cooked.
