EASY PORK CHOP AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
Pork chops
Sliced onion
Sliced green peppers
1 can beef bouillon
1 c. uncooked rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan, 9x13 or larger. Pour rice into pan. Arrange onions and peppers on top of rice. Arrange pork chops on top of this in single layer. Pour 1 can beef bouillon and 1 can water over all. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
