PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Brown pork chops in a little butter and put in a casserole with the pork chop juice. Add a small onion, carrots, salt, pepper, 1 can of tomato soup, 1 or 2 soup cans full of water. Add 1 cup long cooking rice. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Check after 1 hour to see if there is enough liquid.
