PORK CHOPS AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 center cut pork chops
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can water
2/3 c. raw rice

Brown pork chops well in skillet. Remove from pan and place in baking dish. Sauce onion and green pepper in skillet. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can water, and rice. Bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper, and celery salt. Pour mixture over pork chops in casserole or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, uncovered; then bake 45 minutes, covered.
