PORK CHOP BROWN RICE CASSEROLE | |
6 center cut chops 1 c. raw rice 1 can beef consomme 1 can water 1 onion, chopped Salt and pepper Salt and pepper chops, brown in skillet (don't cook completely just brown), set aside. Pour raw rice into covered casserole dish. Pour consomme and water over rice. Sprinkle onion over top. Arrange browned chops over this. Cover. Cook 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees, or until rice is fluffy. |
