POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns (preferably Ore-Ida)
1 can Campbell's potato soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix together all of the above ingredients. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
