BUTTER RICH SPRITZ 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. almond
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and salt; cream butter, butter, and powdered sugar well. Blend in egg, almond and vanilla. Add gradually the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Press a small amount of dough through a cookie press onto ungreased sheet pan. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 375 degrees.
