1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. O'Meal

Mix all together. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
