3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Grated rind & juice of 1 lemon
Dash of salt

Beat eggs well. Add remaining four ingredients and mix well. Cook in top of double boiler, stirring constantly until thick. Makes 3/4 pint. Keeps well in refrigerator.
