ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
Fudge Marble cake mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk

Mix cake mix as directed, pour mix into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Pour on top of cake mix in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out dry. Let cool.

TOPPING:

Mix milk and pudding on medium speed of your mixer, add Cool Whip and beat on high speed until creamy. Spread on top of cake. Shave chocolate on top, if desired.
