ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 marble cake mix (OR yellow cake mix)
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz. OR 12 oz.) Cool Whip

Make marble cake according to directions. Pour into greased pan. Pour cheese mixture over top of cake mix. Spread evenly in 3 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 90 minutes. Cool. Make instant chocolate pudding with 1 cup milk and fold into Cool Whip. Frost top of cooled cake. Refrigerate.

(I use the large size of instant pudding and the 12 ounce size of Cool Whip.)
