ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
1 box marble cake mix, prepare as directed on box
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour batter into 11 x 13 inch pan. Mix 2 pounds Ricotta cheese with 3/4 cup sugar, 4 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon Ricotta mixture onto cake batter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. When cool, ice with 1 small instant chocolate pudding prepared with 1 cup of milk and 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip.
