BACON CHEESE BRUNCH 
1 lb. bacon
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/3 c. milk
4 eggs

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Cut bacon slices into fourths. Cook until crisp; drain. Mix apples and sugar. Spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over top.

Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
