VEGETABLE STIR - FRY MEDLEY 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 sm. head cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 med. onion, sliced
1 lg. carrot, cut diagonally into thin slices
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges (optional)
1 tbsp. fresh dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Pour oil into preheated wok or heavy large skillet; allow to heat at medium high for 2 minutes. Add cabbage, carrots, and onions; stir fry 6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry 3 to 4 minutes. Serves 6.
