CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/3 c. minced green onions
6 1/2 oz. crabmeat
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

8 servings.

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Halve lengthwise and scoop out potato; reserve skins. In large bowl mash potatoes with butter, cream, salt and pepper. Stir in onions and crab. Fill reserved skins with potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
