CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
8 potatoes, baked
1 (8 oz.) crab meat
2 tsp. onion flakes
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Juice of one lemon
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk or light cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sharp cheese

Bake potatoes and let cool enough to handle. Cut lengthwise and scoop out inside into bowl. Add crab, onions, parsley, lemon juice, butter, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and fill potato shells. Top with grated cheese and bake in oven at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. These may be made ahead and frozen.
