STUFFED PEPPERS 
1/3 c. rice, boiled
2 or 3 lg. peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion (chopped)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Add the cooked rice and mix together. Lay the peppers flat in a buttered casserole and stuff with above mixture.

Cover the stuffed peppers with: 2 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar Dash of salt and pepper

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
