1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 lb. ground beef
4 green peppers
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic and onion powders
Lawry's seasoning salt

Add 2 bouillon cubes to 1 cup water in small pan. Bring to boil, stir in rice, cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 or more minutes. Cut off top of green peppers and clean out insides; wash thoroughly and drain upside down. Brown ground beef and drain fat. Combine meat, rice, tomato sauce, a couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder and seasoning salt. Stuff mixture into green peppers. Steam in double boiler for 1 1/2 hours (make sure the bottom of the green peppers aren't sitting in water). Serves 4 adults.
