SIMPLE STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 pkg. (26 oz.) frozen Sloppy Joe Sauce with beef
1 1/2 tsp. leaf basil
1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
1/2 c. water
4 med. green peppers

Remove frozen Sloppy Joe mixture from foil pan. Put into 2 quart casserole. Break mixture if necessary. Cook, covered 6 to 7 minutes or until thawed. Turn over twice. Add basil, uncooked rice and water. Stir until mixed.

Cut green peppers in half lengthwise, removing core and seeds. Place in shallow casserole. Fill with Sloppy Joe mixture. Cook, covered with wax paper, for 10 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
