STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 green peppers, cleaned and cored
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. minced onions
1 c. hot cooked rice
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder

To melted butter, add ground beef and onions. Brown. Drain fat. Add rice, eggs and seasonings to hamburg mixture. Mix well. Fill green peppers with mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
