STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 lg. peppers
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 lg. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1/3 lb. ground round or turkey
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
6 drops Tabasco sauce
Ends cut from peppers, chopped

Cut stem ends from peppers, seed. Boil 5 minutes; cool. Leave peppers whole and set up right in baking dish. Spray skillet with Pam or 1 tablespoon oil. Cook meat until done. Pour off all fat. Add ends of pepper, celery, onion, juice, salt, pepper, sugar and Tabasco sauce to meat and cook 10 to 12 minutes, covered. Add rice, stir, turn off heat, let set 10 minutes. Stuff peppers. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
