STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 can corn
Pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Core and clean insides of green peppers. Parboil in water about 4 minutes until semi cooked. Brown ground beef with onion and peppers. Cook cabbage 5 to 7 minutes until semi cooked. Mix last 4 ingredients for sauce and topping. Combine beef, corn and cabbage; mix well and add enough sauce mixture to make a moist consistency. Place peppers in baking dish. Fill green peppers with stuffing and pour remainder of sauce over peppers. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
