1 vanilla wafer
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Put vanilla wafer in bottom of foil baking cup. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees in foil cup for 20 minutes. Cool in refrigerator. Top with fruit (strawberries are delicious).
