17 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Line cupcake pans with 17 cupcake papers. Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each.

Beat the above ingredients until fluffy. Fill cupcake papers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

TOP:

1 can of pie filling cherry or strawberry.

Spread on cakes and chill. Enjoy!
