ORANGE-GLAZED CARROTS 
10 carrots (about 2 lbs.)
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish

Slice carrots into quarters lengthwise. Cut into 2" pieces. Place in a glass baking dish; add 2 tablespoons water. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High until tender, 4 to 7 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes.

Combine marmalade, orange juice and horseradish in a cup. Microwave on High for 30 seconds. Pour over carrots and toss well.

Arrange carrots in a single layer. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes in a conventional oven. Toss. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
