PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 1 instant pistachio pudding 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. water plus 1 tbsp. 4 eggs Chopped nuts Cool Whip FROSTING: 2 tbsp. soft butter 1/3 c. water 2 c. sugar (powdered) 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat 4 minutes. Put 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Punch holes with a 2 prong fork. Pour mixture in frosting over cake. Cool. Add Cool Whip to top. Sprinkle with frozen coconut. |
