1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding (instant)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. ginger ale

Mix all ingredients together 2-3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan, 9 x 13 inch or two 8 inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. 1 1/4 c. milk 1 pkg. pistachio pudding (instant)

Beat all together 2-3 minutes until thickened. Sprinkle with nuts on top, if desired.
